The intention behind establishing Al Shaheen Paramedical College & Hospital came in response to guidance from Mrs. & Late Dr. Mohammad Qasim. This was in regard to nurturing the people of the Bihar, in particular Mashrak on foundations of knowledge and science, and to contribute to the development of our native place, as well as respond to the challenges precipitated by the twenty-first century evolution of technology and mass media.
In loving memory of their beloved late daughter Dr. Shaheen Neshat the emotional parents donated their life time savings through the formation of a memorial trust and gave it a name called Dr. Shaheen Neshat Memorial Trust® and derive its inspiration from the emotional concern of the downtrodden living in farfetched area and villages. Late Dr. Shaheen Neshat, who was a practicing physician of this area, before she left prematurely for her heavenly abode had the feelings and emotional concern for the poor and downtrodden society particularly the women folk of the minority community of this area, she had in mind rather she wanted emotionally and passionately to serve these people in whatever capacity she could have done. Unfortunately, she could not see her dream to come true while in this world. Nevertheless, she expressed her desire before she left for her heavenly abode that the work and efforts in this direction to be done by her parents, relative, and the persons and agency around, and we the members of trust are all committed to fulfill her last wishes and do and see through the vision of Late Dr. Shaheen Neshat.
As it is well known the condition of women folk in this area particularly women folk of minority community is even worst, at the front of education and health care and economic status, these are the area that needs specific attention and commitments and needs tremendous efforts if the quality of life is to be uplifted, Poverty, illiteracy, ignorance, and unawareness of scientific methods together with the mobility via availability of transport is yet another issue to be readdressed which add further to their woes,
Dr. Shaheen Neshat Memorial Trust® thus has the vision and reason to venture upon the efforts to improve the life and the quality of lifestyle of the inhabitant.
